Founder
Paragon Advisory Group is led by Matt Schrader, MBA, M.S. (Organizational Leadership & Negotiation), a senior facilitator for enterprise negotiation programs, and a retired U.S. military professional with experience leading teams in high-consequence environments. His work focuses on identifying the structural and behavioral drivers of recurring conflict decision rights, incentives, operating cadence, and accountability, then building sponsor, ready interventions that stabilize execution.
